"It is with profound sadness that I must inform you all that this morning we lost our dear Twiggy," was sent out to Rotary members over the loss of Dick "Twiggy" Wiggin of Chilcoot. She later wrote, "This day has turned out more difficult then expected, for myself as well as I am sure for many of you who loved and adored Twiggy. It is because of this grief and more so because of the love and respect we all have for Twiggy that tonight, September 3, 2015, The Rotary Club of Loyalton will remain dark, there will be no meeting."
