The History of the Hall of Fame Gala
From Idaho’s agricultural roots to the International Space Station, the Idaho Technology Council’s annual Hall of Fame gala is the organization’s crescendo event that celebrates iconic Idahoans who have changed the way we work and play. This annual fall event has become a cornerstone for Idaho’s tech ecosystem and is the place to connect and celebrate with other members of the community. The 2024 Hall of Fame Gala Presenting Sponsor, is Idaho Central Credit Union.
The Idavation Awards, sponsored by Scoggins Capital, that highlight and celebrate the game changers and innovators that exemplify Idaho’s entrepreneurial spirit and are currently transforming Idaho’s future.
- The Mt. Borah Visionary Leader Award, which is given to a leader who has expanded the horizons of Idaho’s technology and entrepreneurial community.
- The Hells Canyon Emerging Company Award, which recognizes a company that experienced a daunting journey to achieve success.
- The Peregrine Innovative Technology Award, which showcases an innovative technology that has been launched successfully
Inductees to the ITC Hall of Fame have been selected from nominations gathered across the state and the winners will be announced live at the event.

To close out this amazing event, the ITC, along with Idaho STEM Action Center, presents the annual INDEEDS awards to two educators who “create unique opportunities for students to experience the fun and excitement of STEM by integrating real-world experiences and hands-on activities into the classroom.” Along with the physical award, each educator is presented a cash award to further the STEM experience for their students.
As we gather to celebrate the Idaho Technology Council's 15th anniversary, we proudly honor the founding members whose vision and dedication have shaped our organization into what it is today. Representing the diversity of Idaho's vibrant tech ecosystem, these trailblazing individuals were instrumental in establishing the foundation upon which the Council has flourished. Through their leadership and commitment, they have guided the Council's growth, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Idaho tech community. As we reflect on our journey over the past 15 years, we extend our deepest gratitude to these founding members for their invaluable contributions. It is thanks to their foresight and unwavering support that we stand here today, poised to embark on the next chapter of our collective success.
