Microsoft TechSpark joined TitletownTech and the Green Bay Packers to announce and launch the TitletownTech Startup Draft, a national competition for startups to compete for a $1M investment. With Green Bay hosting the 2025 NFL Draft, we saw an opportunity to join TitletownTech in doing something just as bold. TitletownTech is investing $1M in a high-potential startup harnessing emerging technologies in industries aligned with Wisconsin’s core strengths.
TitletownTech is looking for strong, early-stage startups across America that would benefit from funding, market access, and corporate partnerships. If you know a founder or startup that could be a great fit, we’d love for you to send them our way. If you know an accelerator, VC, incubator, or other startup-supporting entity, please share this information with them to benefit their companies.

- Startup Combine (April 3-4, Green Bay) – Select finalists will go beyond the pitch deck, showcase what they’re building, and engage with industry leaders.
- Startup Draft Day (April 24, Green Bay) – A live-streamed event where finalists will compete for the $1M investment ahead of the first round of the NFL Draft.
- Startups aligned with our areas of interest (manufacturing, construction, supply chain, logistics, agriculture, energy, water, sports technology)
- Raised less than $10M in capital (excluding non-dilutive funding)
