The first Wednesday of each month we hold online training classes for executives and their staff so they can get the most out of their systems. Our first class was a success with a number of people asking us to do this on a monthly basis.

Web Editor training. You will need your Snap Pages login information (user name and password) to participate. You will learn how to edit text and photos. During the class you will construct a test page. You will also learn how to upload photos and create photo slide shows. There will be a time for questions and answers.

General Adminstrative Training

This class will cover the general functions of the administrative dash board. Included in the training is how to access reports, maintain member information,change member plans and categories, and more. You will need your login information to Chamber Nation and you must have "Administrative" access in order to participate. Coming Soon to Your Systems

Here is a list of modules now in engineering:

Event Reminder System - Public will be able to set a email reminder for any calendar item they find through your website and don't want to forget about it.  They can choose a email reminder time of their choice.

Additional Ad Locations - We are adding new locations to place adds via your banner ad management system.

Daily Deals Management System - Will allow you to put up a daily deal with quantity limits and expiration date. Connected to your subscribers via the Chamber Texting service and you may find gold.  (Learn More)

Mobile Application Developer Support - We are working with two developers now that intend to connect their beautiful mobile applications to our systems.  As long as you keep your current Chamber Nation system updated and members are optimized these apps are expected to be very successful.   • Jim from the Duarte Chamber reported this issue: When the system admin clicks on the TCS link for member database list then they CLICK ON "Edit Traffic Catcher Site Info/Text" the URLS associated with the service bullets are not there for them to edit. This is built and shows on member side in TCS center, but not for admin.  This engineering ticket is in as Request ID: 12378
  • Maury who is the Director for the Regional Chamber Alliance suggested we connect the member links to the category manager. This was to remove extra steps in removing a category and re-assigning members to a new one.  Thanks for your input Maury... this change is now live.
  • Erin from the Corvallis Benton Chamber coalition had this feature added. Drop-Off-Credit-Feature works when activated so when dropping members, the system will credit-off unpaid invoices.
