Hard to believe that 2012 is fast approaching all of us. If your like me it just gets faster and faster each year. One of the features in your system are the "List Only" records. This is the place where you have records for non members that you want to communicate with or cross reference them to active members. Most of us add records to this feature as time goes by, but never go back and delete the ones that are not needed anymore. As the year comes to an end its a great time to take a look at these records and do a little cleaning up.
