Billing Area 2. Invoice By Date Report 3. Choose from drop-down for Active / Dropped Editing a Social Network PostEngineering has added the ability for admins to update posts- there's an option in the menu on the left within the Chamber Social Network to turn on an edit-posts mode. We can't allow for a deletion of a post because it could disrupt presentation of posts and debugging in the future, but updates are possible. All updates to posts will be logged, so that if an admin has to delete something, we have a record of what was deleted. Newsletters are now part of the Multi-Post ServiceJill from the Boulder City Chamber suggested that you should be able broadcast your newsletters out automatically to Twitter, Facebook and the Chamber Social Network. This has been added. Easly ADD SIMILAR EVENT now in the event registration systemThanks to Mary in the Oroville Chamber of Commerce you can now: Engineering has made changes to the event submission system.
NOTE: can you change be sure that the link to event registrations always open up a new window for event submission? I think that the person that had a problem, may have gotten confused because of an iframe related quirk (blank-appearing screen because of vertical scroll). Points Report in Social Network Now DoneDuring the last Chamber Executive meeting you asked for a POINTS REPORT so that you could run contests for members who do business with one another. You will now see a points report within the Chamber Social Network area as long as you are logged in as a "ADMIN" Member Photos now Showing in Member Database AdminSarah in the Quincy Chamber of Commerce suggested that we should show the photo of members on file within the member database area. Now when you don't see a photo while speaking to a member you can remind them to email it to you. It's an important step now that the Chamber Social Network has launched. |
