Here are the Chamber Nation system updates for the past 30 days (April):

1. In DisplayedRight there have been updates for how the catalogs can be displayed.  When members log in to their displayedright, they now have the option for a 9-item grid view, a 40-item grid view, and an embed code so that they can display their grid on any website where they would like.  In addition, the code allows the member full control over the number of items displayed per row.
2. The Total Member Count has now been added to the Social Network.
3. A separate system called "Chamber Nation Enhanced by Membership 180" is now available for purchase (See m180.chambernation.com).  Existing Chamber Nation customers receive a 50% discount on setup and ongoing services.  Contact Richard Scully at Richard@chambernation.com if you are interested.
4. When sending a Broadcast Message or Newsletter, previously if you selected to include cross-referenced members, it would send to them even if they had the "members@" box unchecked.  This has been fixed so it will no longer send to cross-referenced members who have opted out of receiving the emails with the "members@" box not checked.
5. We have an exciting new area to help your members, and a whole new series of member trainings.  These can be found at memberclassroom.com.  More information about this is detailed in this newsletter.
6. The "Master Plan" of everything that is available and offered through Chamber Nation can be seen and accessed at www.chamberconsultant.com.  Click on the "More" men at the top-right to see all of the areas of service.  Then click on any of those areas to read all of the details.

We are very excited to announce a new series of Member Classes that we are offering to your members.  This will help you grow your membership, as well as help with the retention of your members.

We will be offering classes EVERY Wednesday of the month at 9 am PST for your Members. 
The classes will be as follows:

• The 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month - Class 1 - Leveraging Your Membership (this will cover getting set up with their TCS page, adding coupons, answering questions, and more)
• The 2nd Wednesday of every month - Class 2 - Leveraging Your Ad Displays (this will cover the displayedright features and step 3 of commercecontrolpanel.com)
• The 4th Wednesday of every month - Class 3 - Leveraging Your Advanced Services (this will cover advanced services including chambersquad, membersquad, membershipincluded, and tiodew)

Please note:  These classes will take the place of our former ones that met at 5 pm (PST) on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.

In addition, to make things easier for you (and for your members), we are excited to announce the new Member's Classroom website which can be found at www.memberclassroom.com.  At this site, there is not only a description of every class, but there is the button to register for any of these classes at any time. 



Please pass this information on to your members and encourage them to attend.  This is another way that we want to help you help your members!

IDEA!!!  You could hold a members class at your chamber, with a screensharing and speaker phone set up, so that you can have many of your members trained at the same time.  However, if you decide to do this, PLEASE don't forget to register for the class - because if we have no registrations on file, the class will be cancelled.
