Here are the Chamber Nation system updates for the past 30 days (September):
  1. Take a look at the NEW Chamber Movie at reddoorbluedoor.com!  Utilize this to help potential new members understand the significance and value of Chamber Membership.
     
  2. See the article in the right-hand column to learn more about our NEW Education and Support Page - Find the help you are looking for quicker and easier.  Updated DAILY!
     
  3. There is now a LIVE Chat for support.  You can access this live chat by going to our NEW Support page.  The LIVE Chat option will be on the bottom-right corner of every page.
     
  4. On the Main Menu of your Chamber Organizer Admin page, you will see two new options:  1) Help Desk - this will take you to our NEW Education and Support Page; and 2) Submit Your Request - This will allow you to directly submit a ticket for custom engineering that you need done.

Educational Tip of the Month

295_01022014120118.jpg     Have you been frustrated when you go to send a Broadcast Message and your options in the Main Message area are limited (or non-existent).  Often times you are wanting to send a quick email blast to your members, without the formatting requirements or structure of the newsletter, but want to have a lot of the same editing options within the main body of your message.  If you go to your Broadcast Messages and find that the full editor is missing, you can easily fix this.

     To turn on the Full CK Editor in your Broadcast Messages, you want to go to MMS Configuration, and then click on the link for Broadcast Message Configuration (on the left-hand column).  Once in there, click on the box next to "HTML Messages" (the 3rd option down) and this will enable your CK Editor to be able to customize even your simplest of eblasts.

Step-By-Step Procedures to Build a Traffic Catcher Site (TCS)

I am a new Chamber member in Lehi, Utah, and like most of you, wanted to construct a Chamber TCS.  Currently, I teach computer courses and have written several manuals (Adobe, Microsoft, and Web Development Technologies) to guide students through the computer learning process. Using this expertise, I have also written a step-by-step procedure to help members build their own TCS websites. This service is available to all Chamber members across the country for free.
