NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF DEVELOPMENT AREA CITIZENS COUNCIL TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Portland Development Area Citizens Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed amendment to the City of Portland Downtown Development Authority Development Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan pursuant to the Recodified Tax Increment Financing Act, Act 57 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 2018, as amended.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public hearing will be held at 12:30 p.m., local time, on October 2, 2023, at City Hall, 259 Kent Street, Portland, MI, at which time any person present at the meeting will be given the reasonable opportunity to be heard.
