WiTECH Community Coffee Chats
WiTECH Community Coffee Chats are quarterly virtual gatherings designed to keep the WiTECH momentum going throughout the year and to ensure women across all of Idaho can participate, connect, and learn — no matter where they are located.
These informal, welcoming sessions bring together women and allies across technology, business, education, and innovation for meaningful conversation and continued learning. Each Coffee Chat will feature a guest speaker or small panel highlighting timely topics such as leadership, emerging technology, career growth, wellness, and navigating change in today’s evolving workplace.
The virtual format makes these conversations accessible and inclusive, creating space for women from urban centers, rural communities, and everywhere in between to engage, ask questions, and build relationships.
WiTECH Community Coffee Chats are designed to be conversational, supportive, and practical — a place to exchange ideas, gain insight, and stay connected between annual WiTECH Summits.
Open to all who believe in advancing women in technology and leadership.
Join us for coffee, conversation, and community — one quarter at a time.
The newly formed WiTECH Community brings together past WiTECH Summit attendees and newcomers alike, providing an opportunity to stay connected once a quarter as we build momentum toward WiTECH Summit 2026, scheduled for December 9.

Start your year with vision.
As technology continues to reshape how we work, build, and lead, the pace of change is accelerating faster than most organizations can track. Future Proof: Emerging Tech Trends to Watch in 2026 kicks off the Idaho Tech Council’s 2026 Spark Series by helping leaders cut through the noise and focus on the technologies that will truly matter in the year ahead.
This timely conversation brings together Boise-based technology innovators and researchers at the forefront of applied and emerging technologies. From artificial intelligence and human-centered AI systems to drones, data, and infrastructure intelligence, panelists will explore how cutting-edge innovation is moving from research labs into real-world environments—and what that means for businesses, communities, and the workforce.
Rather than predictions alone, this session emphasizes readiness. Attendees will gain insight into which trends are gaining momentum, where caution is warranted, and how organizations can begin preparing now—whether by building internal capacity, evaluating technology investments, or strengthening the human skills needed to work alongside advanced systems.
Designed for executives, founders, technologists, and ecosystem leaders, this event offers a grounded yet forward-looking perspective on what it takes to remain competitive, ethical, and resilient in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Join us to start 2026 informed, inspired, and future-ready.
We are starting the year strong! Join us on January 22 from 5–7 PM at the Hap Hap Lounge (downtown Boise) for an evening of community, conversation, and learning.
