YWCA Southern Arizona would like to partner with like-minded individuals who love to serve their community and value the importance of financial education by participating in our trauma-informed coaching training.
We have developed a trauma-informed coaching system and financial wellness courses to address the lack of financial education in low-income communities served by the YWCA. This allows us to focus on the overall well-being of our participants while assisting to improve their financial literacy and stability.

BUILD Academy is for businesses who have been in operation 5 years or more. Business owners seeking to build on business fundamentals, business analysis, and deep dive into updating or creating their business plans will benefit from this 10 week, 20 session cohort. BUILD Academy focuses on helping business owners identify strengths and opportunities in order to help their businesses expand and grow. Our facilitation includes Mentors who bring their expertise from varied industries including legal, accounting, marketing, human resources and more. Participants can expect to engage in discussion and application of the subject matter each week. BUILD Academy is designed for the adult learner seeking personal and professional growth while building community with other business owners.
